9:00 a.m. Arrive Barcelona. 

10:15 a.m. Clear immigration and customs. 

11:00 a.m. At the Terminal 1 bus stop, waiting for our bus transportation to Deltebre.

11:15 a.m. On the way to Aldea Pobleu on Hife Bus

1:30 p m. Taxi to Hotel Delta, Deltebre

2:00 p.m. Checked in.

Barcelona, at long last after a 24 hour delay due to American Airlines maintenance on the aircraft from Rochester, causing us to miss out trans-Atlantic connection.

Comfortable place to sit in the breeze

The Delta hotel far exceeded my expectations.

When we made the reservation, I did not know they had a pool.

Absolutely ridiculous to let the pool go to waste

The area is dedicated to two things: the natural part at the mouth of the river and huge fields of rice.

Meaningful Moment

Just chilling out in the pool. Due to the heatwave, it's a little warmer LOL here than we expected. So the pool was a surprising and extremely pleasant experience.
